Ordered orange admiration roses for my wife pre valentines because she loves orange but she received peach. Happy with service just not the rose color she received. Was going to share photo of peach roses but do not have ability with this app.

After a brief internet search, I decided to place an order with Petals and Silk for Get Well flowers for a co-worker who lives in Southern West Virginia. Upon completing my order, I received a call letting me know that they were booked and that my order would be delivered the next day. I appreciated the heads up.
Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a message from my co-worker thanking me for the flowers, which were delivered the same day. The bouquet was beautiful. Thank you for the exceptional service.

Hello Brenda! I'm sorry you're disappointed in the size of the bouquet. I strive to do my best when filling the order to match it to the picture featured. I took a picture of the one that went out the door that day and saw not only did we match it, but we added additional stem items to it. This particular bouquet has several premium flowers in it and that is where the cost came in. If you would, please contact the shop and we can discuss this in more detail. In the future, if you would like your order to appear more grand or tall, just call directly and we will take care of it. Thank you;)

Needing flowers for the funeral of a retired member of the Army, I asked if an arrangement pictured on the website could be modified using red, white and blue flowers? The answer was yes, it could. And I could not have been more pleased. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful!! It was delivered when promised and exceeded all of my
